PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Mariah is a dedicated attorney with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate legal complexities in immigration law. She has successfully guided clients through visa applications, asylum processes, and immigration law inquiries. Mariah’s experience extends to her internship at the Salt Lake City Immigration Court, where she gained firsthand knowledge of removal proceedings. She has also provided invaluable assistance to clients through a variety of pro bono immigration clinics. Mariah additionally helps clients with estate planning, including drafting wills and revocable trusts for individuals and families.
EDUCATION
Mariah earned her J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2022. She also earned a bachelor's degree from BYU in social science teaching.

Mariah and her husband, Tyler, grew up in Puyallup, Washington, and currently live in Provo, Utah. They have three young daughters who do their part each day to keep Mariah's negotiation skills sharp. Outside of her law practice, Mariah enjoys playing the violin, reading, hiking, and spending time with her family.
