PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Ken Fielding is now “Of Counsel” for Morton McGoldrick and is not taking on new clients or cases. He was formerly a shareholder in the firm. Areas of practice included commercial litigation, personal injury and medical malpractice claims and insurance defense. Ken continues to consult with clients and our current practitioners to enhance and ensure the best representation possible, particularly in cases involving his areas of expertise.

Ken is now legal counsel for Marine Construction & Design Co. and the MARCO Group of companies. In his now ample spare time, he enjoys bicycling in several continents, windsurfing in the Columbia Gorge, kayaking, and hiking with his wife, Mimi, and black Lab, Pip.
