PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

 

Alex brings a wealth of litigation experience to Morton McGoldrick, having been involved
in litigation throughout his entire career He has represented clients in over 500
depositions and 100 arbitrations and has represented clients in trials with results
including a defense verdict in favor of his client and a trial verdict only $200 different
from his own ask.


Alex’s current practice focuses on commercial, contracts, construction defect, insurance
coverage, and personal injury matters.

  

EDUCATION

 

Alex graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 2017. He is a proud alumnus of
the University of Nevada, where he earned a Bachelors of Arts in Journalism and Public
