PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Dave’s practice is primarily focused in the areas of estate planning, probate, trusts and real estate. His estate planning practice covers a variety of matters including wills, trusts, probate, charitable planning, and elder law.
EDUCATION
Dave attended Washington State University and graduated with a B.A. in Pre-law in 1965. He then attended the University of Washington, receiving his J.D. in 1968. Dave was also a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Eta Sigma and Phi Alpha Delta honorary fraternities at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. At Washington State University, he served as Vice President of the Student Body.
PROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Dave founded and operates the Trinity Neighborhood Health Clinic, which provides free medical care for Tacoma’s poor and uninsured. In addition, he works in Africa distributing mobility devices to the disabled.

PERSONAL
Dave has been married for 47 years and has three children and five grandchildren. He lives on Anderson Island and operates an apple orchard, and is involved in the preservation and display of historical artifacts from Western Washington.
