PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Dan is a litigation attorney with a practice that involves many areas of civil litigation with an emphasis in probate and all things real estate. He regularly handles litigation and pre-litigation claims regarding real estate, construction, contract disputes, land use issues, and probate issues including TEDRA actions. Dan also helps individuals and families with their estate planning needs. Regardless of what area of law your matter involves, Dan utilizes a practical approach to the law, carefully balancing his clients’ legal goals and expectations with their personal and financial goals and constraints.
EDUCATION
Dan received his bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Washington in Tacoma and his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law. During his undergraduate studies, Dan served as a Senate Intern with the Washington State Senate. During law school, Dan was an extern with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security which served as a springboard to becoming a litigator as he spent 2 years preparing for and handling hearings (both first and second chair) on behalf of the government.

PERSONAL
Dan was born and raised in Puyallup, Washington where he continues to reside with his wife and children. While not practicing law, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, building things, rooting for his favorite teams (Mariners, Seahawks, Huskies, and hopefully one day soon the Sonics), reading good books, and watching great shows.
